What are the payment options available at Proline

The payment options we support are:

Online payments are processed through CCavenue which provide secure encrypted connections for all Credit Card, Debit Card And Net Banking transactions .

1. Once the payment is confirmed , your order will be automatically placed and an email will be sent to you.

2. Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter the correct pin code to ensure delivery.

3. Please do not pay for any additional charges, i.e. octroi etc. to courier staff. your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.

If you want to cancel the order, please do so within 10 Hours of placing it, post which it will processed and shipped.

What Should I Do If My Payment Fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Proline in case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

· Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)

· Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund.
