How Will I Know If My Order Is Placed Successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Proline once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
You Can Check The Status Of Your Order By Following Steps:
- Log In To Your Account By Clicking On 'Login / Sign Up' On The Top Left Of The Page.
- Click On 'My Proline' On Top Right Of Website Header.
- Go To The Orders Section In My Proline
- Click On The Relevant Order Number To Check Its Status.
How Can I Track My Product Shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this number along with the name of the service provider Aramex. in order to track the order:
- Go To: http://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx
- Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the tracking section on the left panel. A window with the status pops up.
- If your order status shows transit, click on additional details. Details such as where your order has reached can be viewed.
Cancellation / Modification
Proline's Cancellation Policy
We at Proline strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been shipped from our warehouses. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back into your Proline credits account in the form of cashback.
- We allow for complete order cancellations until none of the items in your order have been shipped from our warehouse(s).
- If an item(s) has not been purchased under any promotion, we allow you to cancel the item(s) from your order until the item(s) has not been shipped from our warehouse(s).
- If an item was purchased under a promotion applicable only for that item, we allow you to cancel the item from your order until the item has not been shipped from our warehouse
- If an order comprises of multiple items bought under the same promotion, you can only cancel your complete order until none of the items have been shipped from our warehouse(s).
- Once your cancellation is successful, the refund amount will be credited back into your my Proline account in the form of cash back.

Can I Cancel The Order After It Is Placed?
While there is no option for the customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with customer care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with customer care immediately.
When Will I Receive My Refund For A Cancelled Order?
We shall process your refund immediately once your order has been cancelled. Your refund shall only be in the form of proline credits cashback. However if you wish to have the amount refunded to your bank account please get in touch with our customer care executive at +91-9620900049. Only customers who have paid via debit or credit card can avail this option.
Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?
This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality reasons. An email is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder.
Can I Change The Product After I Have Placed An Order?
That’s not possible. you can either cancel the order (within 24 hours of placing the order) or you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Proline's 30 Day Returns Policy
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from proline. You can return all items except innerwear, socks, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back into your my Proline account in the form of cashback.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Once your return is received by us we shall refund the amount paid by you. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 30 days and not consisting of innerwear, socks, for specific queries, please read the FAQs below.
How Do I Return Products To Proline?
STEP 1: You can return any product purchased from Proline within 30 days of delivery by going to my Proline / returns
- You can select the item you wish to return and the reason.
- At the end of the process, you will be shown a return no. And your total refund amount which will be credited to your Proline cashback account once the returned item has reached us.
- Your product needs to adhere to our returns policy for us to process your return request. Please note your return request number for future reference. If you face any problems in creating a return request online, please contact our customer support.
STEP 2: Please fill out the returns request form shipped along with your original order. Alternatively, you can download a printable version of the return request form from the returns self-service wizard while creating the return request, or from the returns section of my Proline. The form becomes available as soon as you place the return request with us, and is already filled in with your return request details. This helps us process your returns faster.
STEP 3: Put the returns form and the item(s) you wish to return inside a bag and ensure that the bag is securely sealed. Inscribe the returns address and return no. On the package and self-ship it or hand it over to our pickup team.
- In case you have opted for Proline to organize the pickup of your return, our logistics team will organize the pickup within 72 hours of placing the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team. On pickup, you will receive a receipt with the tracking number of your returns consignment. Please retain this till we confirm receipt of your consignment.
- If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you will need to self-ship the return item upon receipt of the item you would be refunded the amount paid for the product. This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update the tracking details on my returns so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.
Can I Return Products I Am Not Fully Satisfied With?
To ensure your shopping experience with Proline is completely hassle-free, we provide you the option to return products in a convenient and transparent manner. To be eligible for returns, the products must be in unused and re-saleable condition. You can place a request for returns through our customer care or through my Proline within 30 days of receiving your product.
What Can I Return?
You can return products ordered from Proline within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.
What Locations Are Covered For Pickups?
Returns pickups are currently supported in Bangalore. We are constantly endeavouring to increase coverage of locations where pickup service is available. You can find out whether your location is covered by contacting our customer connect team in case you wish to have your returns picked up.

How Long Will The Entire Returns Process Take?
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.
So that you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the refund has been allocated to your Proline credits.

Do I Get Charged For Returning Products?
We do charge100 for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. If you are required to ship your returns back to us yourself, a shipping cost to be borne by you.
How Will I Be Refunded For The Return?
On successful processing refund, the refund amount of item value will be credited to your Proline cashback account. You will be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on Proline. I received a damaged product! This happens very rarely. But if you do receive a damaged product, you can return the product to us and we will refund the amount you paid, into your Proline cashback account. You can send the images of the product at email@example.com and we will contact you. You can return the product, for which you will get the refund in your Proline credits cashback account and you can place a fresh order. We don't replace any products, we only give refunds.
